I bought the size 10.5 and they fit him perfectly in his toe area and due to the width of the outside of the shoe helps him with balance due to his low muscle tone in his ankles. My only concern was between the black rubber soles is yellow foam which if a nail or something sharp was walked on could be an issue. Other than that issue we love the shoe.. : ) ..."
