AE has so many sizes and lasts that it makes it difficult to find the "right" fit, particularly via mail order. If you know your size, shop Amazon. I stuffed small towels, rubbed alcohol in the inner areas. After 10 days of this "engineering", the shoe is becoming wearable. The quality of shoe and workmanship is good.
