I wear them to work and when I get home I often don't even think to change my shoes because my feet don't hurt. Slip-on style is great for air travel. I have always worn size 43 and in the past they have fit perfect. The latest pair I received, size 43 again, was a 1/2 size too large. I have to wear thick socks to keep the heal from slipping. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 and, having read the other reviews, ordered the 9-9.5 size and it fit perfectly... snug but not tight or uncomfortable.
